I bought a NIKE top from here just before Christmas 2016 @ £25 and returned it after Christmas as the motif had started to peel off . I hand wash all these type of tops however it does state the top can be machine washed. They refused to change it. I sent a letter and photos to their head office- no reply. I sent another letter to the Tamworth store-no reply. What absolutely AWFUL customer service. No even worthy of one star- never ever will I shop here again. I like to support my Town's shops but in future I will be visiting the Ventura sports stores.
